Our factory second utensils offer the same features as all of our other utensils. The factory second utensils have minor cosmetic imperfections such as small scratches and dings on the surface. Because the imperfections are cosmetic, the factory second utensils work just as beautifully as our other utensils. If you are hoping to start or expand your wooden utensils collection, our cherry spatula will be a great addition!

How to care for your wooden spatula

Lancaster Cast Iron utensils are oiled with food-grade mineral oil to preserve them for a lifetime of use in your kitchen. After each use, we recommend hand washing them with warm soapy water and towel dry before storing them. Periodically maintain with Lancaster Wood Wax to keep the wood from drying out.
